NADIA CENCI
Nadia has been a borough councillor for Stoke Park Ward for 16 years and last year was elected onto Suffolk County Council representing the Chantry division, which includes Stoke Park, Sprites & Gipping wards.
Nadia has lived in the area for 44 years and knows every inch of the ward and its challenges. She has served the people of Stoke Park passionately and is known for her Can-Do attitude and for delivering on her promises, often involving sensitive case work. Her family, including grandchildren, also live in the ward.
She has been a leading member of the licensing committee and previously held the portfolio for Communities, now the shadow portfolio holder for Community Safety.
Nadia says; “My commitment to the people of Stoke Park never diminishes. With each term I have a renewed energy to do what is right for my ward and to put the people of Stoke Park first in any decisions about the town. There is more work to be done, as we enter difficult times and I can promise that I will continue to work diligently and honestly in all aspects of this important role. It would be my honour to continue to do so for another 4 years.”
