Sian has lived in the town for 15 years and is passionate about wanting to make it better. 

She works as a cleaner and comes into contact with a range of people from diverse backgrounds. Sian says: “Too few politicians come from backgrounds like mine and I think better decisions would be made if they had more understanding of the people who are struggling in life.” 

Sian’s priorities for Gipping -

• A cleaner, greener Ipswich with more regular park patrols and more dog bins.
• Sian will push for increases in police patrols and more neighbourhood watch schemes to tackle safety on our streets.
• Labour have put the local shopping funding in jeopardy. I’m determined to hold the council to account on this until they deliver for Gipping.
